Themed 18" Foil Balloons

Ready to fill locally with helium to make them float - our helium ready balloons are a brilliant finishing touch to your themed birthday party.  Each balloon will measure approximately 18" when fully inflated, just take to your local florist or party shop who will charge you for the helium - expect to pay around £1.00 to £1.50 to inflate.  You'll need a weight to stop these flaoting away - for little children our pegs weigths are fb as they can be pegged to clothing to kkeep the balloon safe.
